Terrible customer service from this company. The Website does not give clear consistent disclosure regarding products and their uses. I would not recommend them and will never use this company again!

Been sacked today because I'm of sick with health issues absolutely shocked didn't no this was aloud so wrong. I had a phone call from HR within the compny his response after I said I don't accept this was. im not asking you to accept it im telling you our decision how polite

Spoke to customer service, woman on the phone was rude, condescending and kept interrupting whilst speaking, later found out the was a team leader which is appalling. Such a shame since being a long term customer

I was also dismissed in August 2022 by the D.S manager they automatically dismissed me when I submitted sick leave. It's awful. They still lied that I was dismissed because I was late once but I was in July over a month ago before August. The truth is, I only got dismissed because I brought a doctor's note. It seems that in this company you can't get sick or it's forbidden to be sick.
