This is my review as an Uber/Deliveroo driver, I visit here a lot. I only speak for myself. Front of house staff are miserable. I'm often not acknowledged for several minutes which is bad both when food is ready and sat on the side or when they haven't even printed and started the order I've come to collect. I can see the food prep area from where I wait and I have to say I wouldn't risk eating from here. Several times I've seen utensils dropped on the floor and put straight back on the work surface! I don't want to hear but minimum wage..." because that's an awful and lazy excuse."

Don’t expect to find a label/sticker in my wrap?! refunded no problem but with little apology or explanation. Really grim :(

The order screen and my app code wouldn't sync so I went to the till and a polite, happy lady sorted out the issue. The screens suck. And you have to use your knuckle, never a finger because they're covered in you know what. Humans are better. Prices are still too high for a Maccies mind, but this place was a good one.

I had an accident and in my hour of need McDonald's gave me somewhere warm and safe with good coffee and the odd burger whilst I sorted out recovery etc. Just hoping a dont get a parking fine for being in the car park over 90 mins.

Treat for the kids. Unfortunately the mcflurry machine was broken so the kids had a bit of a sulk. Otherwise the food was fresh and fit and order came out pretty quick given how busy they where for a Saturday tea time packed by families

Great staff at this medium to large venue. Very helpful and polite.Lots of seating inside, even more outside.4 touch screen ordering points, 2 till ordering points. Kids area has 3 ipads. Very clean. Caters for drive thru.Give this review a thumbs up if you think it is helpful.

DON'T EVEN BOTHER.I've spent so much money on being a customer here, stayed 15 minutes over the small 90 minute restriction due to an actual issue with my car, and got a penalty charge. I provided a garage receipt with the fixes as evidence, but the charge stood.I even asked the members of staff, including the manager for advice, they told me to blag it and it should be fine. I didn't even need to blag it, I provided a legit explanation and evidence, yet my charge still stood.No more money or visits from me, which is actually ridiculous considering I've spent more money on food than the penalty charge here.

Let it's self down today , if i could of given a zero rating i would of. Long wait, cold food, badly prepared, burnt roll. Hash brown dripping in grease, even the dog turned his nose up. Wouldn't recomed until issues sorted out.

I used to work here so it's always nice to come back to. Had one of my favourite meals after a long evening of shopping and the young lad that served me was welcoming and polite. Staff didn't seem stressed or rushing around even though it was busy. They did very well.

Have ordered and paid my meal at the machine , but printer does not give out my food order . So I asked directly at the service counter . My order was found . So I am happy .
