Ordered some beer for my dads birthday which should have arrived before his birthday based on info.Advised at the latest would have been deliver 3 days late, Saturday and never turned up!Poor.If I could give less than 1 I would.—————And yes they have responded but it’s now Tuesday and still no products so over a week late.Poor offer of 50% refund when alternative gift has been bought (and delivered) elsewhere!Closing a ‘ticket’ before an issue is resolved is extremely poor customer service!

Ordered 24 beers. One bottle arrived smashed. DPD delivery man acknowledged this and took photo. I also took photo and sent to Beer Hunter. They say they need photo of box too, but I threw it out as drenched in beer and had shards of glass in it. They are being so petty over less than £3. Unbelievably bad customer care in my view. Poor packaging too.

Ordered a beer gift pack on Monday, was delivered by Thursday in perfect condition. I also had to change the delivery address but managed to email the team quickly after making the order and got a response in the morning the next day. Great experience and will use again.

Long time customer but recently very disappointed, they make a lot of mistakes in the warehouse and struggle putting them rightRecently they sent the wrong beers and now refuse to refund or send the correct ones without sending me on a 45 min trip to return them. I can't do this so am stuck with a load of beers i dont want and didnt orderThey offered a 10% refundHonestly a joke

Ordered beer a week ago. Nothing heard since. Phone lines don't open on time and emails of 3 days ago ignored. Shocking customer service. This might be a busy time of year but this response isn't smart. Buyers beware.

Very disappointed with customer service and delivery promise. 3-5 days delivery was 9 days later so went past the date for a birthday present. Could not not get hold of anyone on the phone. Won't be using this company again.

Not the biggest fan of poor surveys, I hate it myself. However if you quote 3-5 days delivery..delivering in 12 days isn’t really good enough. Strange as it’s sent on a next day so must be sat for a while somewhere…plus 0 dispatch emails etc…something to learn from. Apart from that the product is good and you did respond to my first email, second not though. Thank you
