Cartridge Connect Shawlands

Had to buy a printer at short notice so opted to support a local retailer. Unable to set up the printer to my network so called hp helpline who were unable to help and was advised to return to retailer. Was refused a refund by the owner who stated I had to go back to hp. Called hp help desk again and after 1 h 40 mins still unable to connect, again advised to return to retailer. Left with a useless printer despite supporting that retailer by shopping local with purchases of cannon cartridges. Highly recommend to avoid this retailer.In addition when I was chatting to him prior to purchase I asked him if it was easy to set up and he said yes you just install the CD. No you don’t, you download the drivers! May I suggest you understand the products you are selling. And when I was online the warranty had been started from October yet I only purchased on 24/11/21. All in all a very disappointing experience
