The Energy Saving Store
David came out to do our EPC I was very apprehensive about what it was all about as never had to do anything like this before, he was friendly and reassuring, I felt completely at ease with him straight away. He explained what he was doing and pointed out where improvements could be done but never with a pushy sales vibe. I would recommend David to anyone who needs to have an EPC done and to anyone who just wants to be more proactive with their energy usage and saving some money in the long run. We'll done David on delivering such a service to the Highlands.

Fantastic same day very quick service. Am based in the US and contacted them in the wee hours due to time differences. Got immediate response even though it was about 6am. The epc report was done and emailed to me the same day. I really couldn’t recommend the service strongly enough for speed and professionalism

David was brilliant guided us through the maze of paperwork and helped us turn around an older house that needed lot of care attention and insulation his expertise and enthusiasm is second to none we almost gave up with all the paperwork e mails etc but every time we needed advice we just called into his energy premises in Dingwall and he guided us in right direction can’t recommend him and team high enough here’s to greener warmer future and we will continue to ask his advice on our project brilliant

This year I was finally able to start making my home more energy efficient and environmentally friendly. I visited the Energy Saving Store in Dingwall when looking at the various options. David came to check my house, and immediately impressed me with his knowledge and enthusiasm. He and the team have been helpful at every step so far. The guys have turned up when they said they would and explained what they were doing at each step. Installation of insulation was done first and already the difference is amazing.

The Energy Saving Store
David came to our rescue after we realised our Energy Performance Certificate had expired (which was required to conclude the sale of our property, due to happen 3 days later, in the week before Christmas!). He was extremely obliging and made the 2-hour round trip in the same day that we were first in touch. The process was seamless and efficient, with us receiving the report we needed the very next day. We are very grateful for the service and can’t thank David enough for going above and beyond for us. We would highly recommend the Energy Saving Store to others.

Fantastic. Just when we needed to show our energy performance certificate we realised it had just expired. David was able to do a new EPC for us very quickly and we cannot thank him enough. Very reasonably priced and would highly recommend.

I was fortunate to come across David at the Energy Saving Store in Dingwall and benefit from his vast knowledge of home insulation. His team installed both loft and wall insulation. Wayne and William were lovely, doing a good job and clearing up every night before leaving. Thank you to the whole team. We are now looking forward to a cosy home this winter :-)

Contacted David from The Energy Saving Store regarding an updated EPC. He arrived the following day and emailed the EPC to us within 24 hours of completing the survey. He also gave amazing advice on grants and other energy saving tips for our home. Cannot fault the service provided or David’s professionalism and knowledge. Would definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for energy saving advice and relevant available grants.
