I went there last week to buy a jewellery set for a wedding.Georgiana not only is the kindest person on Earth but she also had the patience to show me each set of jewellery until I found the perfect one.At a really great price too!I totally recommend this place and ask for Georgiana, she’s the best. X

Ridiculous, contradictory EACH STORE HAS IT'S OWN RULESI received and cashed in Cheques at this place, maybe 3/4 times, my Name on the cheque and my passport slightly differs by 1 Letter.Previously cashed the cheques without any problems and the issuer cleared the funds without any problemsWent there again (2 times) they refused to provide the same service due to the 1 letter.Now guess what, went to the Woodgrange Road store and they cashed it both times without saying anything.If it was a problem then each and every store should have the same rules but I guess it all comes to trying to be difficult as much as they can

Not felt welcome at all in this Pawnbrokers shop!Went in, first time ever. I was trying to loan my bracelet which apparently turns out that it wasn’t gold. I obviously had no idea.The lady asked nicely “Can we test it?” I went Yes, sure !Then she run the test for like 3-5 minutes!As she was running the test and almost gave my bracelet back she mentioned “ It is not testing right” in my mind I was like, cool maybe there’s an issue with the solution she was using or any other factor that could cause this failure . Before she tried to hand my bracelet she asked some questions completely irrelevant, out of the topic and I felt very uncomfortable about it but I kept my calm still and answered nicely to the lady.She asked “ Where are you from?” out of nowhere, then I mentioned my country, she even tried to speak my native language which it was a bit hard to understand as I live here from a very young age. Her facial expressions changed straight away as I mentioned my country, from my perspective she thought I am trying to sell something fake and scam the shop. It felt very weird. Once again I would like to state that I didn’t know that my bracelet cannot be gold !It would’ve been soo much easier to say, it is not gold sir, we apologise but we cannot buy this item.Very awkward experience, not recommended!

I went to change some money and they gave me a really good exchange rate. The staff is really friendly too, Georgiana explained how I can pawn gold and get a personal loan if I need to.Happy I used their services, will definitely use them again.

I been through the store last week to buy the bangles and Harieta helped to find out the best and suitable size for me she showed me more than 10 items with her lovely smile without hasitation also she explained me about Travel money and offered me good rate for my future travel. truly recommend this store .
