Giant's Cave
Surprisingly challenging climb down and up, it's narrow and long. Doable for most people, as long as you're up for it. View is okay, perhaps better on a sunnier day.Isambard Kingdom Brunel is also surprisingly short in stature.

Giant's Cave
A bit of a challenge getting down to the look out area some areas are steep and some areas have a low roof but it's worth it it's a interesting walk down to the look out area and when you get down there is a great view.If your not good with heights I wouldn't step out on to the platform bit as it's a long way down below you. It's really worth the visit I enjoyed it I have been a few times before and every time I returned I have always enjoyed it.

Giant's Cave
Quite the adventure down into the cave, I would say there are a more than a couple of health and safety concerns. I really don’t think staff give you enough warning of the perils in store. Also it’s two way traffic in a low ceiling, narrow and steep passageway. Still, I had good fun and the views are nice.

Giant's Cave
Surprisingly steep set of stairs coming out onto an interesting view over the Avon gorge and Clifton suspension bridge. Some parts of the tunnel are very very tricky, don't go if you get at all claustrophobic! Pricing is very reasonable (£3), considering the steps take 5ish minutes each way, and you'll likely only spend 10 minutes at the bottom.

Amazing tunnel down through the rock to the viewpoint over the Avon Gorge and Clifton Suspension Bridge. Tunnel is low and very steep in parts so be aware its not for everyone.

Giant's Cave
A small cave inside the Clifton observatory. The view from this place is really beautiful. Even though it is named a Giant’s cave, it is actually a really small cave and you have to mind your heads while climbing down the stairs.

What a stunning little hidden gem!Great views of the bridge from below, if not a little nerve racking standing on a metal see through balcony! The only thing to comment on is how narrow it is, I’m 5’7 and struggled to not hit my head on the way down, watch out if over 6’! Luckily I went when there was only one other person there and so didn’t come into close contact. Would have been more difficult however if it were busier, I think perhaps a system should be in place to ensure you don’t cross on the stairs!

Mind your head and prepare to explore. Well worth the £3 to climb down the cave and emerge onto to the best viewing platform for the Clifton suspension bridge.
