Loveliest people working there, always on top of everything, friendly, polite, considerate and quick, with the highest level of professionalism. I appreciate that they never make promises they can't keep, and are always fully transparent on how they are approaching their alterations and what to expect. Their dry cleaning services are also top-notch. You should have seen my wedding dress before (with huge mud stains) and after. Would give 6 stars if I could!

KCL are my local dry cleaners. I have used them regularly for the past year. The team are friendly, professional, clean all items thoroughly, and on time. Fair prices. They are honest and and realistic about what cleaning can achieve, especially with my food stains- messy me ! The tailor is wonderful. He brought a 1980s jacket back to life - new collar, stitching, found matching buttons from who knows where. And peeps admire the jacket today. A suggestion - don’t take your clean clothes home wrapped in plastic, with a hanger, unless you really need. Leave in the shop. KCL are the best

I've used these guys a few times and they have always been excellent. I recently spilt soy milk all over my suit trousers and with the first wash it hadn't totally come out so they offered to clean it again at no extra cost. The trousers looked like new!They are always polite and their prices are very competitive. I definitely recommend them.

I have spent years getting to know the team at KCL, and then I made the big leap and asked them to repair my Grandfather's Wool Dinner Jacket. Those Moth had got to it. The smart shiny lining was breaking apart it looked terrible, other holes had appeared and were not covered. I realised that it could never be replaced as the material dates back to the 1920's. They found a way to fix it - I couldn't believe the results - I mean really really really it's as good as new. I was so happy, and at a price that seemed right to me. I just couldn't believe the results, it was so much better than I had expected it could be.

I had a year-old oil stain on my nicest dress that I have never been able to get out. KCL did it for me in less than a week. This was my graduation dress and I am so grateful for their service. The staff were kind but realistic about the possibility of not getting the stain out after such a long time, but the dress looks as new. Couldn't recommend more highly.
