I will have been waiting a total of 9wks by the time I get my windscreen replaced. Had to cancel last minute in July due to staff shortage at my work.. given that wasn't their fault but not really mine either to be fair. Re-booked by webchat waiting another 4wks to find on arrival the idiot hadn't actually booked me in. Managed to squeeze me in earliest 2wks later only to get a message to call, to then be told would be a further 2wks as Technician had to self isolate.. my appointment had better not be cancelled 15th September.. NOT GOOD ENOUGH.. NOT BY A LONG SHOT AUTOGLASS ⛔

Had to get the windscreen replaced on my pride and joy Fabia after a stone chip cracked the original screen. The fitter was polite and talked me through all of the procedures etc. Car looks like new again.

I took my car in to the Irvine branch of autoglass for a front windscreen replacement due to a crack. The two technicians I dealt with were Andy and Michael - they were both very friendly, helpful, and efficient at replacing the damaged windscreen. The two gentlemen are a credit to the branch, and I will be using autoglass again for any future window replacements.
