Booked wheel alignment 5th September. It was not done correctly, car pulls to the left and steering wheel not straight.Asked for before and after print out, they made up excuses of the printer not working.Overall very disappointed with the service provided.

Phoned Revs after a bank holiday which of course they were already busy for! My car had developed a problem that only a garage had the tools for. They managed to squeeze me in the next day and diagnosed and ordered parts ASAP. Car was fixed within 2 days. Great service all around!

Really helpful over the phone receptionist, Charlotte. Patient and understanding!Rev’s gave a fair price and didn’t over price. Charlotte went above and beyond to help me over the phone and all booked in for November! I’ll definitely use Revs of Horsham going forward as a female driver, they don’t discriminate here!

What can I say about these guys? Literally Oscar and the team were amazing.I have a semi-auto C4 picasso and most garages in Horsham won't touch this type of transmission, however Oscar and the guys weren't phased by the challenge.I got a warranty when I purchased my car which covers most mechanical faults and again, Oscar went the extra mile and liaised with them on my behalf to collect payment directly... Not many garages would do that so super grateful for that part too.I was kept informed of progress at every stage and the customer service with Revs was outstanding.Truth be told I'd never heard of them before now but will definitely use their friendly expertise again in the future.Highly recommend to anyone who asks!Thanks again guys!!

Fantastic service!!! Revs were recommended by the AA and they were absolutely amazing. They fitted my car in and fixed it within hours. Oscar did a fantastic job and was very helpful. Can’t recommend these guys enough. I’ll definitely be taking my car to them in the future. Well done.

Brilliant, what more can I say! I always come here for my tyres but today it was an emergency and the receptionist couldn't have been more helpful and managed to get me in and my spare wheel put on within 20 minutes of my phoning in a panic. Can't ask for more. Probably the most customer focused business in the area.

Went here on recommendation from a friend after a dreaded warning light came on. Oscar was really thorough, explained the work needed and quote breakdown. Work was done quickly and reasonable pricing, really happy with the service and the time Oscar took to explain things to me. Really great experience with Revs and will definitely be returning there in future (hopefully not too soon!)

Excellent service - We were recommended to Revs of Horsham to fix a wheel balancing and alignment issue on our S15. From start to finish Oli was very polite and took great care when working on and moving our wheels around the shop, on/off and torqued back to spec. Simply cannot fault them!It's very rare to find a garage with a good group of guys passionate about cars, who look after your car as if it's their own.Would highly recommend.

Had a great experience from start to finish. The BEST mechanics in Horsham. Had to get my E220 serviced with Mercedes parts as still under warranty. The garage accepted doing the Service A with the parts i supplied.Brilliant job and very friendly faces. Special mention to Oscar who kindly answered all my queries through email, as i’m a barber and can’t take phone calls at work.Thanks to all.
