I did the Velotech Gold course with Gerard in November and can’t praise Gerard and the Cycle Recycle team highly enough.It was great to have such an experienced mechanic walk you through the various procedures and to have all the equipment to hand. Learn by doing is the mantra and Gerard had us stripping down and rebuilding various bikes across the four days.If you are looking for a solid and practical foundation in bicycle maintenance then this is the course for you.

I would give it 10 stars if I could. Wonderful service. Great bikes. I bought 4 bikes for my wife 2 boys and I. They delivered them right to my front door. They are doing a wonderful job and Gerard and Ryan are great.

Truly awful experience with this company. I bought a second hand bike for my niece for £90, when I purchased it I was assured that the bike would ‘look like new’. Having received the bike today I could instantly see that the peeling plastic was still over the frame and that the old saddle seat had not been changed. The worst part was I reached out to the owner explaining that the bike still looked the same and that I could not gift this to my niece, to which I was instantly told he wouldn’t offer a refund. The rest of the encounter resulted in the owner being incredibly defensive and not engaging with my complaint. Incredibly unprofessional and I would suggest anyone thinking of purchasing from this seller to think long and hard. I feel utterly duped.
