Very nice place, has almost everything you might need, specially for art and cosplays

Hardly any space to move around due trying to make use of every available space on the shop floor.Good range of textiles, zippers, laces, picture frames and arts n craft equipment. A few other items to fill the additional space. Don't expect any chatter from the staff whose eyes seem to follow you around every turn. Customer service? Just pick, pay n move on!Check twice that what the till calculates is correct!

6 weeks ago We was in London for 5 days doing a bit of site seeing, I had won Theatre Tickets with Hotel stay for 5 days and spending money, we asked our hotel manager if there was any crafting stores we could visit he gave us this stores details and said he had herd it was good for crafting goods he gave us the satnav information so off we went. I WISH WE HADN'T OF BOTHERED. I asked a member of staff for some help the girl tutted and under her breath she said for fxxx sake, I told her it was first time visiting the shop as we don't come from this part of the country she just rolled her eyes I looked at her and said if you can't be bothered to help your customers then I think your in the wrong job because your customer service is none existent, your attitude is vile, with staff like you lot it's a wonder your still open. We left the shop with out buying a thing. I have written a formal complaint to the head office of the company I will never visit the store again.

Great shop with lots of in stock items for a diverse range of craft hobbies. The fabric selection rannges from polycotton to Ankara and they have some patterns too. Lots of yarns, paints and clay. Amazing one stop

Well-stocked shop but the staff are very rude. I couldn’t get out of there fast enough and I won’t be returning.

Great selection but the shop is ruined by the super rude and unhelpful woman working there. Makes you feel awful for saying hello/asking any questions/acting like a human being.

I agree with the other reviews on here. I came to the shop today for the first time and the lady by the counter gave me the dirtiest look. I asked if I could have a few meters of some fabric I spotted and she turned and said 'err are you not able to pick it up and take it off the shelf?' in a rude tone.On the other hand, the gentleman was kind enough to help me find the ribbon I needed. The shop has quite a lot of useful things at fair prices.

This shop always intrigues me but when ever I go inside it feels like a mistake. Despite having a wide range of amazing products for sale the staff leaves you feeling extremely uncomfortable and wanting get out of the shop immediately. Every Time I have been in this shop I have been followed around as though I am a thief, it is so intimidating that if feels like harassment. The staff seems to lack self awareness or simply don't care about others. If you are worried that I might steal items why not just put cameras every where so you don't stalk me.

As I entered the shop two male members of staff followed me around in a very obvious way, made me feel very uncomfortable. I purchased £20 worth of goods , whoever would have spend a lot more if anyone would have offered some assistance.At the checkout, female staff was rushing me to pay and also made me feel unwellcomed.Giving 2 stars because of good selection of items. However I won't be returning there.

This shop should be renamed ultimate rudeness! I visited today with a friend who uses a mobility walker. We were aware they were closing in 15 minutes but we knew exactly what we wanted. Unfortunately the walker couldn't fit through one of the open doors so I asked a staff member to open the other, he mumbled something to the guy behind the till and the guy behind the till just said were closing in 10 minutes, I said I'm aware, you're open now, please open the other door so my friend can get in. He ignored me. A lady behind the till asked what we wanted, I said nothing now, we're not spending our money in here. My friend still wanted to have a quick look and noted the isles were way too small for anyone who uses a mobility aid. Upon leaving my friend mentioned this to them and she was ignored.I usually like to shop locally but I'd rather make Jeff richer. Buy from amazon, no need to pay inflated prices, don't have to deal with rude and discriminatory staff and it gets delivered to your door!
