This company is fraudulent, charging £60 for somewhere where its not properly marked to indicate you are on private property because right next there is a pavement which is public road. As if this is not enough the parking notice sent weeks later from the day of the notice. Then you are charged a £100 for late fees. How can this be legal. This is so unfair is this type of economy when people are struggling. The government need to do something about this company. Notice parking tickect given on vicarage place.

I dont understand how i got a ticket picking up food at 9:42pm. I didnt probably park for more than 5mins there was no indicatation you are on private property because right next there is a pavement which is public road. We emailed 4 weeks now no response, we called number not in use. Now they sent my bill to collections team how is this fair at all! Im happy to pay original fine which would have been £30-60 but £170 !!!

Sorry but I will not be paying this. I didn't get no letter until today and it was dated early June. There is no dates ur given for the deadline and wasn't parked was literally waiting for someone for 8 mins and they're trying to charge 100 they can get fxxked they're scammers

I always pay and display. However, today I have received a parking ticket for £100 from Secure Parking Solutions. I have received the letter after 28 days. I have clearly displayed the ticket on the dashboard and paid for by contactless. I have bank transaction to prove it. And their reason is that I didn’t display the valid ticket. The paid ticket can be seen in their own photos that they took and sent in their letter.

I will safely presume that whoever hired this company to rob fellow citizens of their weekly food shopping budget was truly bullied at school, rejected by their father, cheated on and dumped by their spouse and disowned by their children. A very sad, pathetic, unattractive, sorry excuse for a human. The location where I was recorded going into my friends food shop means I'm also aware that the owner of the land" brings shame to their fellow Asian community by this sheer greed

I parked on cov Rd for few mins picking up food. nowhere is there a sign to say private property or don't park so I won't be paying these frauds a single penny. scammers. People beware they are a private company n they can't make u pay

Sparkhill front of kingdom sweets..I parked car at 1.57 a.m. to get my food...never know its a trap...it took me 16 minutes and after 3 days received letter of £60 fine...Total scam...total ripped off..total fraud .be careful and vigilant.I am also going to report to police about this scamer

Got a parking fine parking off road infront of a solicitors after 11pm on a weeknight? No signage anywhere and on a familiar road I've driven on for over 10 years. Couldn't appeal, contact number is useless and £100 during a cost of living crisis? You have to be a special kind of dark hearted to take money from honest hardworking people. Falsely issued a parking ticket for a car park I have used for years. Parked first thing in the morning as normal, only to return after my work shift (8.5 hours later) to find a ticket perched on my windscreen. I was horrified as I had paid for up to 12 hours (as I do every day) and have multiple proof to confirm my claim e.g. proof of bank transaction, notification via the RingGo app, etc. The telephone numbers found on their website are out of service.
