Absolutely disgustedAfter going here for years.Old staff were excellent welcoming and professional. Brought my friend along with me this time and felt so embarrassed after he told me not to bring him to such places. He was offered a hand job(£20) but declined by the old lady.I myself had a very poor massage and the lady kept working around my groin area till I was aroused then said if there’s anything extra that I want. I said no and she seemed like she didn’t want to carry on.I’m gutted that such a place has turned upside down.We definitely not coming here again.Waste of money, to top it up the steam is never working every time.

I have been to Lavender Spa 3 times and the service has been amazing. Especially Sandhya who is a Thai masseuse specialising in Deep tissue massage. I went there with my severe back and shoulder pain and must confess, Sandhya is far better than anyone I had my treatment from over the past 3 years. I highly recommend anyone who has a serious back problem to try having a massage here. Good luck and I will be seeing you again.

Absolutely terrible! I went to get my upper lip threaded and the woman did the worst job I've ever seen. The room she took me to was terribly lit which makes it hard to see hairs but yet she proceeded to carry out the threading in this room. There was no mirrors for me to check the result and she did not give any soothing cream as she should. The job was terrible and patchy. I had to go to another beauty place to get it cleaned up for the awful job she did.

i had a deep tissue massage here as i have had really bad back pains for some time i found this place very hygienic it was very clean staff were very friendly always washing their hands. the massage really did work on helping to relieve my back pain. i have tried other Thai massage places but this is by far the best that i have tried i have already booked my next session and cant wait to go back i would advise anyone looking for a massage to go here you will not be disappointed.

Was ok not the best. I called up and booked a massage at 8pm which they said was ok. With a massage your entitled to use the steam room and other facilities. Which they reluctantly let us use after I moaned the staff just wanted to go home because we wasn't to impressed we just left and didn't really bother. Won't be in a rush to be using them again there's 4 more massage places within 5 minutes away that I will be trying out
