They gave me the wrong order and then it took 15 minutes and it was still not ready. It was not busy at the time so I had to ask for refund and leave as my break finished. The staff was not helpful either.

The staff are responsive , respectful , attentive , professional , friendly , understanding , well mannered , efficient , hygienic , sociable , polite , well mannered , well organised and good communicator . The food is mouthwatering , delicious , flavourful , classic taste of amazing food , good portions , enjoyable , tasty , hot , scrumptious , well cooked and perfect if you are go on or want to eat in the seating area with diners. The price is affordable which is something like because it is not overpriced that is what everyone looking for amazing deal they have on the meals and food. There is a dining area generally for public to sit down and eat but since the pandemic of COVID-19 you can’t sit down and you got to go in a long line but when things get back to normal then you will able to sit in the dining area. Go there to get your food because if you don’t will you regret it until you try. Now you got to use the machine to order instead of paying the cashiers they don’t have here anymore.

Ordered on the app. Waiting for breakfast and was told by staff We do not serve breakfast on Sundays" you have to contact customer service for a refund. Myself and other customers were getting turned away on a Sunday morning was absolutely ridiculous. Every customer arrived confused wondering why they didn't want business. The menu is clearly displayed with the breakfast menu and no one could order food and all app purchases we were told to contact customer services for refunds. Shocking site to see a branch not wanting to make money. Clearly westfields is a busy shopping centre so it does not make sense why you would not serve breakfast on a weekend."

2* due to the fact they were busy, I had mobile order early to beat the rush. The guy who was help dispatching from outside the counter was very difficult. As I knew they would keep my order to the side because it was a mobile order he lied to my face saying it wasn’t called out after pointing it out on the board he decided to double check with coworkers and yes there it was on top.Real shame as this happened before and the other manager was more polite and sincere about it last time.

An absolute joke. I even contacted the so called customer services who although I was overcharged REFUSED to give me a refund. Absolutely appaling. The reason that they are able to get away with this nonsense is that people don't check how much they are paying. If you question being over charged DO NOT let tge manager tell you to contact customer services cos they will not do anything. Insist on a full refund there and then I would avoid this place and if I could it would be a 0 star

The worst McDonald's I've been to. I was unable to order on the app, I wasn't able to have my barcode scanned for the points to be added to my account on the app, there are no touchscreens to order, no receipts printed. Old school you order at a till and wait for the person to bring your food - I waited 11 minutes for 2 quarter pounders - every time one dropped from the kitchen another sales assistant would snap it up before the person serving me spotted it. Floor managers walk around and pretend not to see that. I should have gone to any other food outlets on the same floor to save myself a hassle and that's precisely what I will do next time.

Fast delivery, forgot the dressing for the salad, McDonalds burgers always stacked disappointingly, so I’m not sure if this can count against this specific branch. Exactly what we needed at 1am!

Very poor service. The place is so busy and the queuing system is terrible. When my order was eventually called I went over to collect it. She asked if I wanted it in a tray or a bag. I asked for a bag and she immediately shoved the food into the bag and pushed it into my direction. No communication and no thank you offered. Very poor customer service, it's a shame I didn't take down her name. Yes I understand it's a busy branch however if I've had the common courtesy to be polite to you I expect the same in return. I don't expect a bag shoved towards me.

Very poor queuing system. Circle is a member of staff, known to be some kind of shift manager/supervisor just walking around and not seen to be doing much in terms of queue.A member of staff at the till point was free but she was looking somewhere else, I approached her but she served someone else which was more than 5 yards away from me. Poor service. Was planning to have lunch elsewhere, but managed to get served by other member of staff, who also didn’t look interested and motivated.Food was nice and hot. But staff and queuing system needs improving.

The worst’s mc Donald’s ever rude stuff slow service food cold missing items from orders what is going on. To apply for the job role is it for thick rude staff it’s truly a joke and need Storting at asap and get some proper staff and management
