I did a Relocation for WickedCamper from Amsterdam to London. On Pickup they confirmed me the Return Place which turned out to be wrong. Reaching the so called 24h road assistance" to find out the actual place for returning thee car was almost impossible. In thee End they made me drive more than an hour to a place super far outside of London and had to get an uber to drive back

I had such a great adventure in my wicked camper. The van was small enough to drive anywhere but had everything I needed. I drove over 4000km in a month and the van ran like a dream the whole time. The crazy paint job was a conversation starter for sure. The staff in London were super friendly and laid back, and helped me when I needed to change my booking dates to fit around a job interview. And, unlike the rest of London, there were no hidden charges or surprising fineprint. I would definitely rent through them again. Thanks wicked uk !!

We hired a wicked van for a 2 month trip around Europe starting in London. Our experience dealing with the company was HORRIFIC and not only put us out of pocket and affected the quality of our trip but actually JEOPARDISED OUR PHYSICAL SAFETY on 2 occasions. We picked up the van in London about 3pm on a friday and only made it 1 hour out of London before the van broke down irreparably and had to be towed back to the depot. The mechanic said the steering mechanism was almost detached from the wheels and if we had continued driving, we could have completely lost control of the car and had a major crash. We were advised by Wicked that we had to sleep in the van in their carpark for the next 3 nights until they opened again on Monday! They did not provide us any access to drinking water or access to a working toilet. We were told that we could walk to the nearest train station with a toilet (Waterloo station) but this was 10 minutes walk each way and cost 40p per use! There was only a little satisfaction in using the Wicked carpark as our toilet throughout the nights. Not 2 weeks into the hire, the van started shuddering when we reached 100kph (60mph). I called up roadside assistance to speak with James" and we were allowed to take it into a Belgian mechanic to seek repairs. The mechanic could not find the car model in the system and the van did not have the paperwork required by law in Europe for the mechanic to work on the car so they refused to take the car into their workshop. I had to remove each wheel in their carpark and roll it into the workshop myself. When I pulled off the 3rd wheel

I was at first excited by the idea of renting a van with Wicked Campers but their after sales assistance or support service is actually unreliable. If you encounter any issue while renting the van, you will be re-directed to endless call center. I had to pay for a new tyre in November and I am still waiting to have my money back after endless emails and visits to their London branch.

Had a terrible experience. The van was in shocking condition. The battery packed up after one day, and the Wicked telephone road side assistants man tried blaming it on us and that it was because we where using the lights to much. endless more breakdowns later and two days taken from our trip a mechanic examines the battery and cannot believe that it hadn't been changed years ago. Wicked Customer service skills are appalling, and did not try to resolve the situation and was looking out for their own expenses by not paying for the help we needed, the wicked road side assistant guy called Jody did not care for distress, and was a nightmare to deal with. I asked if we would be refunded the two days, and he almost laughed and said, well only if we can test the battery are selves and if its faulty you maybe might be refunded one night. he also at one point suggested we buy a battery from a supermarket and fit it ourselves! (clearly to save money for his own greedy self), he wanted us to haul the battery back with us! he also explained the battery just needs a 'deep recharge' even though the mechanic said it was a danger to have in the van. wicked road side assistant is an absolute idiot. how is this man responsible for looking after poor customers who break down I do not know.Im shocked this company is allowed to operate, they have no care for their responsibilityDO NOT RENT FROM THEM, IT WILL RUIN YOUR HOLIDAY

We used Wicked Campers for a weeks trip to France and it was awesome, the wacky paint job to the awesome tent on the roof and the spacious van, cooker and comfortable bed helped our trip be more awesome! the staff were super helpful and made the whole experience super easy - much easier than hiring a car normally. highly recommended and cant wait for our next Wicked Campers trip coming soon....

Had yet another great trip with one of their vans - pleasure to drive and to sleep in! Really friendly helpful folks at pickup and drop off. Vans are have a nicely thought out little cooking area and have plenty of storage space under the seats/bed. Friends and I have taken their vans several times over recent years and always been happy with the service. Look forward to hiring from them again.

They're budget camper vans, you get what you pay for. If you're expecting luxury, you'll be disappointed. The staff at the pick-up/drop-off were friendly and the process was easy. The vehicles tend to be on the older side, but we didn't have any issues. The water jug could have been larger, but otherwise van camping was quite comfortable. You'll need your own bedding though.

Here's my Q&A review of Wicked Campers, hope it helps! What was the outside of the vehicle like? Scraped rusty dent on one side, paintwork past its best. And inside? Back of camper a bit shabby and hanging cords for curtains need replacing. Kitchenette old but clean and functional. Drivers cabin clean and in good condition. To drive? A comfortable smooth drive with reasonable economy fuel wise. I drove from north London and in the space of 4 days covered 2 stops in south Devon and 2 stops in North Devon. To sleep in? You take your own bedding and mine was a heavy winter duvet, so I was super snug at night despite the temperature outside for early November. Air-con does hot as well as cold which was great for heating up in the cold mornings.Recommendations? It comes with a basic cooler that needs ice, but if you are doing a couple of days or more, you really need an electric cooler to keep things like milk fresh. I purchased a 14-litre box from Halfords for £50 which was just the right size to fit in the kitchenette. For long drives make sure you have some music and a phono lead to plug your phone/device into the vehicle stereo. As you keep everything under the bed, put your clothes for the next day on the kitchenette top so you can get to them easily in the morning. Buy a multi socket for the cigarette lighter that combines lighter sockets and USB ports; I had my phone, an Alexa device, the cooler and Sat Nav all plugged in.Would you do anything differently? Take less food. Apart from breakfast I ate out.Would you use Wicked Campers again? Totally. In fact I’m a convert. Never again some B&B or cheap hotel. If I’d been staying at a B&B or similar, I would have only gone to one place for the 4 days and never had the drive across Dartmoor National Park going from South to North Devon which was spectacular. I loved the freedom you have to get up and go when you want and where you want. Waking up hearing the sea washing up the beach and making breakfast and warming my hands on a cup of steaming coffee at sunrise was amazing and I really didn’t want to come home!
