Sew U Knit Crafts

Purchased a lovely little panda from here today after a dog had attacked it and the owners refused to pay for it. The lady in the shop was lovely and the panda is now back with us enjoying a bath in a bucket.

I visited today & was disappointed i found the member of staff rude & was made to feel not welcome without using hand sanitiser, which unfortunately i can't use on my hands due to eczema as it contains 70%alcohol to make it effective, so to protect myself i wash my hands regularly with my own soap.

Lovely little shop. Fantastic selection of wool and reasonable prices, shop keeper was really friendly and helpful as well.

Amazing shop and staff. I seldom get chance to visit, but even on the phone or by messaging online, so much help has been given to me over the past few years. As a result my family sport several new jumpers and other smaller items too.Five stars doesn't really seem enough.

I can't express how useful and helpful this shop is. We all wish to support local businesses and Sue has proved that the service from a shop is so much better than faceless online shops. Always ready to help with choices and suggestions on crafting and yarn ideas. We even had deliveries throughout lock down to keep us going. Sue has gone out of her way to try and keep everyone safe during a difficult time with clear signage, sanitizer and limiting people in the shop all which takes time and money to implement. I cant fault the shop in any way.

I visit Sew U Knit Crafts every few months or so to top up on wools and haberdashery as it's my favourite little wool shop ❤️ Even during lockdowns Susan hand delivered or posted orders out whilst the shop had to close. Susan the owner and her members of staff have always gone above and beyond for me and any queries I might have :) Always polite and serve with a smile, always made to feel welcome even when I bring my two children with me :)Upon my visit this morning Susan or her staff give you a little spray of hand sanitizer upon entry of the shop which with current circumstances I think is great and atleast then it gives us the freedom to pick up a ball of wool knowing it's safe and germ free :) I honestly can't recommend this place enough, a small woollen haven in the gorgeous village of Broadway !Thanks Susan and team x
