Smart Mobility

I love the Smart Scooters because I really like its product. I bought a Mobility Scooter from here. It features a mono-shock suspension and electromagnetic wheels which increase its safety and stability.

After viewing TGA's site, i;d decided I wanted a Breeze S4, so I looked at the list of TGA sellers, and picked Smart Mobility at random, i'm glad I did, the courteous service both from Balba at Smart and his delivery agent was fantastic, and importantly after all the add on's I saved a LOT of money, it didn't end there though, with Balba keeping in touch during the building of the scooter and after delivery with help and advice filling in the req'd paperwork (not your usual sell and forget the buyer, salesman) and the Breeze ? well….. Its like handling a top-of-the-range car with handlebars.I would honestly and sincerely recommend this Seller.Terry Morley. Castleford, W.Yorks

Have just made second purchase from Balba. What an exceptionally charming man, so professional but goes that extra mile for customers.Couldnt do more to make the process easy and stress free.His servicing of scooters is also fair and he collects and returns the scooters personally.Full marks to him

It is very rare in today`s climate to find a company who give`s 110% and Smart Mobility do`s this from the initial inquiry to receiving the delivery of my Mobility scooter and then the after care phone call to see if everything was to my satisfaction...........They could not have done more to help me...........A Big Thank You.I would recommend them to anyone....who is thinking of investing in a Mobility scooterkeith

i bought a brand new scooter it worked for 3 months then hydrolics and lights failed they sent in cowboys who after 5 months sorted it and damaged my scooter (looked like someone had rolled it)on return smart mobility says accidents happens i quote. they have replaced my seat after 7 months of calls emails delays and excuses my scooter is scuffed and chipped dont buy from these people i only gave 2 stars as they managed to fit a new seat in 4 months i am now complaining to trading standards and bhta .

Living abroad and having to find a scooter for my London based mother seemed a daunting task. Smart Mobility listened, gave excellent advice and clear reasons for their recommendations. The price was second to none but, most importantly, the service, courtesy and care for the prospective owner were above and beyond, making the whole experience 100% positive. Having never heard of Smart Mobility and always wary about buying online we called them to check before purchase. Balba couldn't have been more helpful with the information provided and follow up phone calls on the progress of our order - 2 Eclipse scooters. Delivery was exceptionally good with personal service (Balba you know why!) and concise instructions on how to get the best service out of the batteries. We could not be more pleased and would certainly recommend this company to anyone. The Eclipse are easy to take apart to get in the car and we can get both of them easily in our Zafira.5 star review
