Pret A Manger
The music in this Pret is far too loud, for talking or for work which is a shame given its location to so many offices. You can still hear it over headphones, and I have once asked for it to be turned down slightly only for it to be whacked up two minutes later.To Pret more generally, it is a massive flaw of your subscription to not sell reusable cups, and using plastic cups even for sitting in.

Visited today for the first time and absolutely loved my experience there. Staff are very friendly, asked a staff member for a recommendation and followed his suggestion of a smoothie and I loved it!! (Mango and pineapple smoothie btw). Very reasonably priced as well :)

I've been a regular customer at this location for some time now. The customer service is fantastic. The team is really friendly, they engage in conversation with customers and it's a really nice atmosphere.Big shout out to Maciek, he is a really good guy and always makes you feel welcome.

Lovely coffee, great food, but the supervisor is consistently a very off-putting person to see in a customer service role. Vile to her staff, and fairly unfriendly towards customers. I've almost been tempted to say something to her, as I find her attitude pretty poor.

Really friendly staff in this Pret. I come here almost daily on my way to work and is perfect for meetings in an informal space. Food is always fresh and served with a smile. Staff are very knowledgeable on the menu and allergens. Brilliant addition to the Pret chain.

First visit to the new Pret on Newhall Street. It's opposite the 103 Colmore Row site. Multiple levels inside. Free WiFi. Spacious.

Lovely Pret, but only 3 stars not 4/5 as you close at 3pm? In central Birmingham, why? It should be at least 6pm/7pm, if not later, many of us work to 8/9pm and would be nice to have a good reliable to head to for a bite to eat or coffee/hot chocolate etc

There's one particular member of your team and i don't know her name but she is very rude and always looks miserable. Her customer service skills leave a lot to be desired and when i come in i now try avoid her serving me. She needs more training or removing from the counter service. I mean a smile and a thank you goes a long way.

Dear PretIt seems you are cheating customers on a wide scale. In your Branches that I use regularly in Birmingham City Centre, you have withdrawn Smoothies and Frappes this week at the following Branches:52 New St, Birmingham B2 4EG1 Newhall St, Birmingham B3 3NHOn the one hand, you clearly advertise these to the general public as a subscription for £25 online and in-store, and now withdrawn them leaving only one branch at 22-24 Colmore Row, Birmingham B3 2QD serving cold drinks on Smoothies and Frappes. There are 5 branches in the City Centre, including New Street Station and in Selfridges but only one now serves these products, and the two aboved have been removed for these drinks of the menu's.If you cannot offer a service why advertise this and misleading customers and your own promotions are not adhered to.Refund should apply as only offering partial product offering and stop mispromoting this offer (maybe your being clever as it becoming a loss maker and Smoothies and Frappes take more time to make which cost the business money). AS THE SAYING GOES 'IF IT TO GOOD TO BE TRUE' THEN IT IS?
