My dad bought a parrot a few months ago, immediately I rang up saying that it wasn’t a safe home and it was being neglected. They ignored me and said that they couldn’t do anything unless it was urgent. The parrot has now died. He was young and just needed training and my dad was an irresponsible owner. I couldn’t have done anything as I didn’t live him with and RSCPA was our only choice

Like most charities it's all money say there 24hr there not and they never come out they just get public do there job's for them I've had a bird that's been hit by a car it's eye and wings a mess I rang this morning then at 4 & now it's 10pm & it's closed don't give them a penny if could of give no no star I would.

Incredible team who work down there helping everyone with their pets. The vets are always nice, helpful and treat the animals very well. The people who work there always try so hard to help and I can't say enough good about them.Their main issue is people not showing up to appointments and it's really hard as they only have a limited number of appointment slots and people don't show up. You're stopping other people from having their pets seen; please do your best to let them know if you can't attend.

Hours of opening need to be changed. I usually finish work at 4pm so I left early to get to vets at 4pm to get to the vets to find them closed! 20mins later it still suggests here that it's open for another 10minuites! Yet shutters are down! Waste of time and money of an unneed journey and an hour's pay lost!
