Really disappointing. Great screen repair, agreed a price before fixing, then when we collected they charged an extra £30 for added extras we hadn't asked for or agreed! And then unable to remove so had to pay or we couldn't have our phone back! Livid!

Should be no star, absolutely rubbish, tell me one thing one day and tell me something else the next, what a waste of 3 days of my life that I won't get back.Took my phone and said he would call!, that would be impressive calling me when they would have my phone, just took my phone and left when they tried to tell me another lie.

AVOID! My wife bought a phone charger/aux which was firstly overpriced and THEN became faulty after 20 minutes of use. When she returned on her own to seek a refund the man in the shop refused stating he could only exchange before becoming abusive and intimidating towards her. A refund was eventually and begrudgingly offered on the payment card, however this is yet to be received in our account. AVOID this shop and will be reporting to trading standards.

Went in to buy some eliquid thinking I’d help a local company. £25 for 60ml. Which can be purchased everywhere else for £9.99 couldn’t say no as I’d already put my phone on the card reader to pay thinking it would be reasonable. Total rip off and will never use again. No wonder the shops always quite and empty

Dreadful. Absolute CON. Got a new phone, went into the shop to ask about a case for said device. Proprietor took phone out of my hands and was immediately fitting a screen protector. Asked him to stop and really it was too late. He then came out with a case that was wholly inappropriate and asked for £40. I told him to stick it and he said why didn't you stop me when I was fitting the screen protector". Refused to pay and eventually paid £20. Screen protector came off in 2 weeks and bought a new - proper - case on dreaded Amazon for £7.50. Avoid using these Charlatans. Please ignore the reviews from friends and family."

Awful service received, poor quality overpriced products, screen protector badly fitted, camera cover made case ill fitting. Small discount given but not a full refund.Not recommended!

Very bad, AVOID!!I went in today to look for a phone case, and I have asked his professionall opinion, I had my screen protector cracked, and I didn't know if it was the screen or the protection, I've asked him to check for me and he looked and he pulled the protection off and he cracked it, and then I have asked him to replace it as he broke it when I didn't asked him to pull it off I just asked to look and tell me if is the screen or the protection, I've ended up paying for the new screen as he was getting close to me and trying to intimidate me when I said that I don't want to pay for it because I didn't asked him to break itAnd i had my son with me at all times and that distressed my son too.... Very bad.

Hi don’t go to this shop I went to get my battery changed for my phone he said come back in a hour then we came back and he said come back in 30 mins and then he said come back Friday for your phone and we went there the next day and he said he sent it to London without my permission and when I got it back the battery was not even that good and they had lost my phone case and took my screen protector of and didn’t replace it
