Our Solicitor John Allison was extremely disappointing, refused to answer simple questions, wrote unprofessional emails and spoke rudely to us throughout the process. Made a simple property transaction very stressful for all involved.

I have had conveyancing done many times over the years. These solicitors are different from all the rest, truly. Sharon is very professional, diligent, and very fast responding. This company is how conveyancing firms should be and sets the bar for how other solicitors should be. I am regularly in contact with estate agency managers, and Sharon is in very high regard. I have used this company three times and will continue in the future. I have recommended this company to property developers and many members of the public. If you want fast conveyancing and less stress, then this firm is for you. If you want to go grey early, then you use another firm.

Our experience couldn't have been worst. We had to hire different solicitors to carry out work that they were supposed to do but simply refused to carry out. Lots of stress and incomprehensible behaviour. That's what we got.

Absolute garbage. Took a case to them that was time sensitive. The solicitor in charge of my case retired after sending the first letter on my behalf. Then I was left chasing his ghost as the firm didn't want to tell me he had left the business. Even the receptionist kept putting me through to his answer phone, even though he'd left.My time sensitive case was ruined by the time they had the courage to tell me he had left the company. Three weeks later. And they charged me £100 for the letter he sent. If they were a decent company. They would have offered me my £100 back.
