Today I went there to change battery in wrist watch which was gift to my brother's birthday. Personel was very kind and professional. Shop is very clean so u can know straight away they like when everything is perfect :) Watch was expensive and I was worry to make any scratches when removing back plate so I decided to come here to ask professionals. They changed battery in about 30min,watch works and looks perfect as before. Been charged £10. In this price 3 years guarantee for battery is included. If it goes off before this time then they will change for another completely free.Is it not amazing? :)Kind regardsMarcin

Absolutely outstanding service. No job to small or big. Had a ring engraved all the way round to an excellent quality. The real gem of this shop is the service Carl offers. So happy with his professionalism, friendliness and service. He is a real credit to the shop. Would recommend very very highly. Would give more than 5 stars if I could.
