I have been using the Kingsley dry cleaners in Fordingbridge for 15 years and have always had service where Tanya 'goes the extra mile' to make sure our clothes are treated well and beautifully clean. Great service!

Such a rude and unfriendly woman that works there/runs it. Always the same, always obnoxious - worst customer service imaginable. Maybe look at getting a job where you don't have to come into contact with people and you might cheer up a bit!

They had my wedding dress for 6 months and they kept saying it needed additional cleaning and the dirt wasn’t coming out. My dad went to pick the dress up and it was creased, mud –soaked and crispy –it had obviously not been treated at all and they wouldn’t release it until he paid £75. Shocking service, do not trust them.

The women in there was so rude and obnoxious. It doesn’t take a lot to provide customer service. My shirts and trousers could not have more of a problem for her. Will never go back.
