We went here at the end of November for a roast, and had a wonderful meal. Very decent sized portions, very succulent beef, probably the best Yorkshire pudding I've ever had out with a roast; it was big and crispy, and a good selection of veggies. And the gravy was delicious. Pudding was a brownie which I really didn't need, but enjoyed immensely. Lovely staff, and we weren't rushed even though we were there at the later end if service. Highly recommended and will definitely go back.

We stopped off here for a meal on the way somewhere and I'm glad we did. We had made a booking however when we got there there was plenty of tables free. We sat down and the lovely waitress took our drinks order, 1x prosecco, 1x coke, 1x wine and 1x G&T, we were then left to browse the menu. Again Halloumi made an appearance so I opted for that, it was amazing! So amazing I completely forgot to take a picture of it! Then we had....1x pie and mash as recommended by the waitress, 1x burger, 1x philly cheese steak sandwich and 1x cajun chicken sandwich. Everyone enjoyed their meal and said how tasty everything was. Our bill came to £77 including tips.The venue was clean and tidy and the loos were clean too.

We didn't know the area and found this pub. So glad we did, friendly and accommodating staff, even let us bring our small dog into conservatory area of restaurant. Being coeliac was no issue and I had a choice of gluten free mains and desserts. Food delicious! Definitely recommend.
