Worktop Express - Gloucester

We visited the Gloucester Store this morning and found all the staff very friendly. We were assisted by Diana who helped us to customise our worktop with 3 different cuts and also to source a different sink when it became apparent that the one we intended to buy was too large. Having received the quote we went to collect the sink and also looked at tiles after which we decided that it might be better to choose a different colour worktop. We returned to the store and Diana again assisted us, changed the quote and placed our order. Overall we felt the service was excellent.

Awesome experience from start to finish. Jessica replied to my email promptly and then talked me through my order. Delivery was ridiculously prompt (and exactly when they said) by 2 very helpful staff. Product is top quality. Very very happy. Many thanks :-)

Diana was extremely helpful when I went to the Gloucester showroom for some advice on worktops.I bought a solid laminate worktop and new plinths which Worktop Express delivered on time and with care.The customer service and communication were excellent. We used Worktop Express for the first time for our kitchen refit. We found the experience very easy. Jess was very helpful and interpreted our plans to explain what we could do with the worktops and worked out the quantities needed. The showroom is great and makes it a pleasure to consider all the options, especially the jig that allowed us to put the worktop sample against our door sample. Great company so far, visited the showroom, Diana and Jess have been amazing, today I went back, ordered my bespoke worktop with Diana who was very helpful, excellent price and now just waiting for my delivery UPDATE. Delivery was exactly when promised, the 2 delivery guys were amazing, so friendly polite and helpful, I’ve opened 2 of the 3 worktops, not being fitted till next week but so far everything is perfect, will definitely be recommending and using worktop express again. Everything was spot on, from the staff to the precise cuts and quality of the worktops. Thank you all (will add pictures next week once installed)

We used worktop express before - many years ago. Spoke to Diana in the showroom, who was very helpful and gave us multiple quotes as we weren't sure what we wanted. Ended up choosing the solid oak with an open-ended delivery as we are mid renovation but wanted to take advantage of sale prices . The service was excellent! Will review again upon delivery and installation!

stumbled across this company while looking for a specific worktop, and after reading the many reviews gave them a shot...I can't rate these guy's high enough! Their customer service is outstanding, their cutting service is fantastic, and their delivery service again it superb. We were notified before dispatch, and called on the day to confirm they were half an hour away.... all items were very well packed, and the quality is fantastic.Will definitely recommend and more than happy to use again .

We visited the Gloucester showroom twice. On the first visit we intended choosing an oak laminate worktop for our new kitchen and we were impressed by the showroom layout and sample kitchens which put the worktops into context. We had excellent advice from Diana who provided samples. As we left we noticed the very attractive solid oak worktops and after some thought went back to choose one of these. Again, Diana assisted with useful information, advice and a sample. Using the sample we were able to check the worktop with the actual kitchen units now partially installed.Subsequently we ordered 2 x 4 metre and 2 x 3 metre oak worktops and these were delivered within a matter of hours at 7:30 am the next day - definitely express worktops!We highly recommend this company and the products.
