Poor product and service - AVOID - wish I had listened to all the reviews before (despite the company calling any negatives fake - feels like a red flag because it is!). Passed off as rustic charm" but in reality an orange piece of knotty pine in place of the 'rustic light oak effect' ordered. Unusable for purpose and customer service refuse to refund

Outrageous. The products turned up absolutely filthy covered in black stuff which rubbed off on everything you touched (Not great for a clothes rail) also without the correct fittings and have been told that unless I want a replacement I cannot return these items unless I pay for the return charges and lose 25% of the order value for handling. I have already lost money arranging for someone to be there for the delivery and to put the shelves/rail up ... A very costly exercise Awaiting to hear from the manager! These Items were not fit for purpose. Would not recommend at all.

I am really frustrated with this company! I’ve endured extensive delivery delays, having only just received one of three packages even though I received a notification that my order was ready to ship 16 days ago. My bespoke bay curtain rod is completely rusted upon opening. My bespoke brass rail is the wrong size. I am waiting for full resolution. Very stressful to deal with.

I ordered a custom side table from this company. It arrived with the wrong specification top and without fixings, however in fairness to Stewart, he went out of his way to ensure a replacement top and the screws needed were with me immediately. Now it’s assembled and looks great!

Excellent company, quality products and price point. I purchased several reclaimed boards with brackets, legs and made a work desk (with some in home jigsawing) and shelving for the home office. Really pleased with the outcome.Thank you
