I went to the tech store with little knowledge. I was in hope of finding some information on a new build pc to purchase or an upgrade for my cpu or gpu etc. The fella at the store is very friendly and well knowledged. Not only can he explain and break down in detail, but can explain in such a manner than anyone could walk into the store and come out knowing atleast a new fact or feel more confident towards their decision making.

Was helpful although wasn't amazing as the man messed up the phone and had to end up getting a refund and the old screen.
