Having had issues with bloating for many years, I decided to visit Serene Therapies for treatment. Narissa was fantastic. I was completely put at ease, and the whole experience, including the prebiotic tablets I was recommended, as well as other advice I was given, has transformed my constant feelingof bloatedness. I had my first treatment today and it was amazing. Narissa made me feel so comfortable and talked me through each step of the colonic hydrotherapy. It was really quite fascinating. Initially I felt a little cold when the trratment finished but after 15 mins I felt like I could move mountains! I feel great. Definitely something to try if you are having gut issues.

During her service, Naressa is a wonderful individual who makes you feel extremely at ease. This therapy has been of great assistance to me, and its effects have been immediate. I will no longer discontinue this service, which is vital to our wellbeing.

First class service. Very friendly, very helpful and a relaxing atmosphere. I had problems with tennis elbow and sore shoulder for couple of years. After 3 treatments with the iteracare frequency device, it feels like I've never had any problems. Thank you for everything Narissa. Highly recommend!!!!

Being a 36 year old man and a first timer, I was pretty scared going in! But I was getting desperate to relieve myself of some bad prolonged bloating and constipation and decided to go for it. Narissa is a beautiful soul who really made me feel at ease. The treatment was great, perfectly comfortable and I feel positive and energised.
