It's not 24/7 so it has a very expecific target of people wanting to leave big luggage. We were looking for a cheap place to leave our backpacks while we see London until our midnight flight, but it was really expensive and closed too soon.

store closed for several minutes randomly while we had to wait outside and our train deperature time was coming closer. How is this supposed to be a reliable service if we can't even get our luggage during opening hours.

Appalling service from an officious person verging on rudeness who spent more time telling me how I was causing delays than doing his job. A complaint about his behaviour has been sent to the management so you might be OK using this service. Things ran smoothly when we picked the bags up when he wasn't there!
