It's a lovely common, you can get motorcycles there occasionally but I've never seen any bother. Carpark opposite lentons lane junction.

Nice area to walk the dogs. Needs a pathway around the fields. It gets very water logged. Which is ashame has a lovely canal needs more seating.

Nice open piece of ground with well maintained grass. Perfect for practising sports of all kinds. Hoping it doesn't get turned into a housing estate like every other piece of grass.

Vast open space, tree lined. Oxford Canal on one side. Footbridge over the canal and motorway to another big grassy area. Laid out for several soccer pitches. Changing facilities and toilets are only open on match days. Floodlit carpark. Access to the canal towpath from the footbridge. Recently installed 100 metre distance markers round the edge

Sowe Common Sports Grounds
This is a sports ground with a small car park. Basically large fields with football pitches on for various Sunday leagues etc. Lockdown permitting. The old changing rooms have been demolished. Nice space to walk through and around, popular with dog walkers and people kicking balls about, flying kites and the occasional golfer.
