Had some issues with a pump I had bought, Pondkeeper sent a new one. I had issues with that one. Alexis suggested it was the wrong set up and advised on another option. This is now working perfectly and at NO additional cost as the other pumps were under warranty. I wouldn't use any other company now. First class service and delivery.

Ordered flexiliner and underlay which arrived the following day, used the online calculator but ended up with more than I needed as I stupidly didn't take into account the depth wasn't constant in my excavation as it sloped up from 0.8m to 0.2m but on the plus side the extra will do for my stream feeding into the pond and bog garden on 2 sides. 2 weeks after filling with water and no leaks. Good underlay too. Very impressed. Will definitely use this company again. Still a bit of work to do to get it dressed up and planted.

Easy to use website, fast delivery. Had cause to contact them over a faulty pump that was just within warranty expecting it to be difficult to resolve. They were fabulous could not have been more helpful and I received a replacement the next day. Brilliant customer service.
