A lovely professional service, Saffra takes notes & asks all the right questions when she did a home visit before I booked. I felt completely at ease with her looking after our rescue cat & 2 chickens. Everything was done with a lot of care & attention. We have just returned & I've already booked again.

Nibbles and Custard are a fantastic pet sitting service. I will definitely used them again. I have two rabbits and never left them with a sitter before. I felt very reassured with her knowledge of rabbits and efforts to settle them in. We received regular photos and updates.

Saffra provides an excellent service for small animals (and birds!) - she cared for our mischief of 4 rats while we were on holiday, she took extensive notes about their care and kept their routine as normal" as possible while we were away

Saffra has looked after our three chickens (plus pond fish and wild bird feeders) on a couple of occasions over the summer and we have been very pleased with her professional, friendly and caring approach. Saffra visited us ahead of the first assignment and was careful to note the details of what was required and in conversation was clearly knowledgeable about animal care. When we came back it was clear that she had diligently followed the arrangements. Saffra was also very helpful in being willing to watch out for parcels left on the front doorstep and keep an eye on things in general while we were away which gave us peace of mind. Very happy to recommend.

Fantastic service! Great communication before and throughout the holiday with daily updates and pictures. I was confident that my 3 ratty girls were really well looked after and cared for. I would definitely use Saffra's services again. I highly recommend!

First time using nibbles custard very impressed with the personal service supplied for our rabbit George will most definately use again and would highly recommended.

Saffra was amazingly kind and agreed last minute to visit our ragdoll cat for a few days as she unexpectedly needed antibiotics twice a day. Saffra was brilliant, wasn't phased by the medication, which made me feel confident to go away, and sent me pictures and updates to let me know our ragdoll was doing great. Highly recommended.
