Worst place I've been in they bring in people for the money and the place is neglected the staff are lazy and spend most of the day on there phones or laptops not a supported living place as advertised as there's usually 3 staff on for the whole building felt more like a prison with the rules and the daycentre they provide is a waste of time the company manager evicts people instead of the landlord

Shocking. We had to raise numerous safeguardings. ‘Too busy to take someone to the doctors’. Family had to do everything for the vulnerable person, there was no use in Vogue. Staff turnover seems to be on a daily basis, no therapeutic relationships built with clients. They push ‘The Cube’ on the clients as they are the same company as Vogue, therefore they get more money. All they care about is money. Absolutely no responsibility taken. Management are useless with zero care experience, flaunting their money in their new Range Rovers.The place is a ticking time bomb and unfortunately there will be a serious incident sometime soon due to the incompetence and complete lack of care, PLEASE do not let that incident be your loved one.
