I cannot speak highly enough of the staff at the Newcastle upon Tyne branch in Eldon Square. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jack on 2 occasions and today with Olivia. They are welcoming and warm from the minute you walk in, their knowledge and advice is amazing without any pushiness. Absolute credit to this branch. I only hope this feedback can be passed onto them.

Beaverbrook service was great but the tag heure connected I bought was rubbish.Waste of my time and moneyBroke 3 times and repaired but in the end had to get a refund.Very disappointed to be honest

Great service from Jack. We were in the area on holiday and I proposed with a ring that was slightly too small (doh!) but Jack went over and above to find one nearby and have it expressed special delivery by lunchtime the next day. Absolute life saver — thank you!

After going in to Eldon square store in Newcastle staff very unhelpful got impression got sales for today could not be bothered informed if waited some one will help l walked out of store and they lost out on a ring sale

Superb staff. Needed a new watch - bracelet altering (free of charge) and we were offered Prosecco co while we waited, by Louise. Nothing was a problem. Great!!
