The customer service at the Berwick store is very welcoming and informative. We were warmly welcomed by Marc who was able to give us advice on suitable carpets that we needed. There's a lot of options, we weren't sure where to start. We left happy and will definitely shop here again.

I went into carpetright at Berwick-upon-Tweed service was quick helpful and professional.. Marc couldn't be more helpful.. they had someone out within two hours to measure my whole house the man that came out to measure was so friendly and nothing was too much trouble hopefully carpets fitted next week Thankyou will deffo use again

Marc was a total gentleman and couldn't have been more helpful.. there was a technical issue and he wasn't able to take payment over the phone, so he even went as far as to offer to come in on his day off to try and sort it for us. We managed to resolve it without that needing to happen thankfully but the offer was much appreciated. Top customer service with a smile to go with it!

Dreadful customer service from these guys. Contacted them after a bulge appeared in kitchen flooring. Was told that we were out of our 1 years fitting guarantee so there was nothing they could do. We must be out of this by a matter of a couple of weeks. Not good, avoid if you can.

After having four rooms fitted we had a problem with the threshold on one room.Jill was immediately on the case and arranged a replacement carpet and fitting within ten days'. What more could you ask for.Excellent service and customer care.Ron
