The staff are really knowledgeable and helpful in the store. The show room is good too, so you can actually look at the various tiles and paint colours. However, they have very limited stock on the paint and often have to order it meaning you might as well order it online yourself.As I said though the staff are really helpful and being able to look at the colours and tiles is great.

Live fired earth; tiles and paints are second to none. Staff are great, go out of their way to help. Paints have been painted onto A4 card, so you can get an idea of the actual colours and how they change in the light.Downside is there are so many good things it could end up costing you a fortune....

Tried to get information about Aga's and possible replacement options. Advisor visibly lost interest when we said we were not from this area. May have been a bad day? Looking to purchase but will try else where.
