Brilliant customer service and affordable prices.Staff are very friendly and very fair towards customers and absolute experts in their fields, can't recommend them enough. If it were up to me I'd never go to another garage. Keep up the good work

I have been taking my family cars to United Motors for years and wouldn't trust them with anyone else. I've also recommended them to other people who feel the same. Sean and his team do everything in their power to help me out, and have done so on many occasions. They can be trusted completely with things like MOTs (even once passing a car that I secretly hoped would fail because I hated it) I can't recommend United Motors highly enough!

Had a problem with my car at 5pm and needed it as I was going on holiday. Fitted me in the next day, diagnosed the issue and fixed so I can still go without sort another form of transportation. Many thanks awesome job.

I used United Motors for the first time last year and was happy with the service and price paid. This year I took the car back for a service and MOT and unfortunately I have to say this will be the last time I go there and based on my experience I wouldn't recommend anyone else uses them.The receptionist phoned to say the pads were getting low, but it was just an advisory, did I want them changed? I said yes that was ok, but when I went to pick up the car they had changed the discs as well. There is absolutely no way the discs needed replacing having only done 27,000 light miles, they weren't badly scored or worn below the limit. Being a business owner myself, I find this to be both unprofessional and very deceitful, you should tell the customer what is being replaced and not add in unnecessary items. If she had said they were going to replace brakes and discs I would have left it and taken it elsewhere. I also thought the prices charged were high for this type of local garage and were pretty much main dealer prices.I found it difficult to understand why this year they failed the car for having a dashcam obscuring a miniscule amount of screen under the rear view mirror and yet last year they passed the same car and dashcam and also my work van and its dashcam, which is in the same position as the car. Why weren't they failed last year?Unfortunately it leaves a bad taste in the mouth, being ripped off and I won't be back ever.

I was looked after very well. Was updated regularly with regards to my car. Could not fault the customer service as I had taken my car there with a problem and they managed to fit me at short notice. A good price.

I used United Motors for the first time this week after misfueling my car. Shawn arranged for my car to be collected and had it ready for collection next day. Rang this morning for an emergency repair; fortunately they were able to fit me in. Transparent and reasonable pricing; cost came in under estimate. One happy customer, thank you!

Took my car here after it broke down, they originally wanted to charge me £1000+ for the work required. They then offered to buy the car off me for £100 however were going to flog it off to someone but claimed it was actually their daughter as she had 'just passed her test'.They proceeded to do work on the car without ownership documents and then also had the audacity to charge me for it. Unbelievable.Never returned here, never will and would not recommend anyone, dishonest and tried to rip me off.

Cabin filter was not changed when serviced, but changed light bulb at no extra cost.Blocked cabin filter caused further extensive repairs later on.Would not trust them again.

Super lovely people and so helpful. Helped me sort out my car problem last minute even though they didn’t have to and were so busy already and were super friendly. Really appreciated it thanks again! Also had my old car serviced and MOT’d here previously with no issues would always recommend.
