Bounce-R-Us is a complete scam. They took my deposit, cancelled the service, and have been dodging my refund for months. I placed a deposit for their services, only to have them cancel on me due to bad weather and avoiding to refund my money. I've been trying to get my deposit back for months now, and it's been nothing short of a frustrating and infuriating experience.I've called Alan multiple times, left numerous messages, I initially booked their castle for an event on July 29th, and here I am on October 20th still chasing after my deposit.Bounce-R-Us has shown a complete lack of integrity and customer service. They've effectively taken my money and run, leaving me empty-handed and incredibly disappointed. I would strongly advise against ever doing business with this company, as they've proven themselves to be unreliable and untrustworthy.

We hired the new dinosaur obstacle course, it's brilliant! Kids absolutely loved it.The team turned up on time, set up and collected brilliantly, they were friendly and thorough. Would definitely recommend and we would definitely use again! Thanks!

We booked for a BBQ party. Allan was willing to let us keep the Bounce house later, with a later drop off time. However, on the day of the party, I called Allan the owner after they were 2-hrs late to show up. Asked if the late time could be applied to the pick up time or if we could organize an early pick up the next morning to accommodate his next day job. His job started at 0300, and I Said I would get up early or help in whatever way possible. He disagreed, would not accommodate even the original pick up time, told me this reservation was cancelled and hung up. I did receive my deposit back. I tried to text and call to let him know I’d still take the original pick up time, even if it showed up later; he would not answer nor return calls. When I spoke to other companies, they said this was “typical Allan”Unprofessional and unreliable. Alan was absolutely amazing. I am sooo pleased I came across a recommendation on Facebook for him. Amazing Bouncy castle enjoyed by all children but mostly my son for his birthday. Thank you so much!

Alan was brilliant. The bouncy castle was very clean and I had great confidence that he follows the covid cleaning rules.My kids loved it so much we kept it for the whole weekend S we didn't want the fun to end.We are going to hire again in the school summer holidays.

Hired a bouncy castle, with assault course for my sons 5th birthday party and all of the children thoroughly enjoyed it! It kept them entertained the whole time and the service was amazing too! Alan is a friendly guy, and was even early to the venue! Would definitely recommend and use again!

Hired a dinosaur bouncy castle for my sons birthday. Alan arrived early, set up was really quick and his communication in the lead up to the party was prompt. I’d 100% hire again.
