Appaling customer service. Had a 2 hour booking slot for checking a fault following a breakdown. Vehicle was left with them 10 hours and wasnt even looked at. Excuse that the tech has to go out on a breakdown. No phone calls or updates And they wonder why the garage industry has such a bad reputation, shocking.

Rang after our wipers stopped working nearby on the motorway in the middle of our journey. Were able to check it out straight away and had us moving again within 15 minutes!

Poor service. They did not listen to us about the fault we experiened, after a service we broke down a few weeks later. Had to recover costs from Fiat Italy as lost confidence with Carlisle

I am posting this with great sadness.I had an interview for a position. Was told very good interview and would be the Wright candidate for the position. I chased the job up and was told a week later would not be able to be accepted for the position as I have no driving licence.There was no mention of having to have a licence through the job application process.This I feel is a discrimination against a job candidate who does not drive.

Would be good if they actually listened to the driver when they are telling the staff what the fault is. If they can't fix it its normally a software issue or we have never had this problem before and we don't have the part. We will order it in from some obscure place so it takes weeks to get here( so it seems).16 weeks with a faulty dashboard and suspension valve and still waiting to be booked in for repair.
