They sent one guy over to pack the home of a family of 4 in 2 days. Unsurprisingly he didn't finish then the upload crew had to pack. They forgot to pack the microwave but packed other things we had told the original guy not to pack. Also, do not believe their initial quote. The bills and invoices keep rolling in after you pay that. Some $600 to deliver things to new location as they said original location would cost us an extra >$1K for whatever reason. We were told we would have a grace period of 3 or so weeks to determine whether we needed storage at the other end. Nope. Got charged £585 handling fee and £153 storage immediately upon arrival. Let's hope when the goods arrive they are in decent shape! Buyer beware...

Recently used Kent Removals and they were great throughout. Alice as nice and friendly when going over what was needed and the move was completed easily and with no fuss (apologies for the amount of dust on some of our furniture). Hopefully we're in our forever home now, but I wouldn't hesitate to use them again if needed!

The service was excellent. Everything was on time and the guys were extremely helpful and diligent in making sure our stuff went where we wanted it to and was undamaged. Great job!

Wow, What can i say?I booked Daniel and his team to move me across town, His team were very efficient. I was kept up to date with the move from the start, and nothing was an issue. They even supplied packing materials at a lower price from other suppliers. everything was dealt with in a professional way and was very well organised. In fact I have just booked him for my companies Office move in April. i have been quoted from other companies and they expect an itemised Inventory AND the floors from and to? AND the walking distance AND charging for dismantling etc. this was quoted all in. Well use again.

In the lead up to moving day the booking team were very active and cooperative in liasing with me to make sure I had the right service and deal for best value for money. On the day the team that moved my items were very efficient and friendly. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

I asked for a quote in WeCareRemovals and they assigned me this company. They quoted for a fixed rate but once they finished the job they asked for additional fees which weren't agreed nor shown in their Terms and Conditions. It took longer to do the job they had quoted. I did a video survey with them to fully assess the amount of work required and they sent me a quote based on this. Now they are threatening me with penalty fees if I don't pay the amount their are claiming. Avoid this company at all cost.

Still in High Court proceedings with these people after they stole my belongings and still owe me £6,000.In short: Damaged, urine stained, missing goods and non-responsive. The same guy also gives a different name on the phone every time.In detail:- Everything seemed professional about this company until we made the £1300 bank transfer and then it all went downhill from there.- Our goods were meant to be delivered 2 days after collection - they cancelled the night before and we spent days chasing them to no avail trying to provide evidence of the location of our goods and a scheduled delivery date.- Only some of our goods were eventually delivered a week late, damaged, urine stained, but our valuables were stolen - including our £1000 TV and a Yamaha piano.- 1 driver delivered this in the middle of the night (12am) without notifying me ahead of time (despite paying for 2 drivers due to the volume to move) and he didn't speak a word of English or French. He dumped everything in the foyer and gestured that he'd return shortly after moving the van but never returned (despite me paying for delivery to the first floor). Leaving me to carry everything including heavy furniture up the stairs alone.- Missing items still not accounted for, located or compensated.- Now in High Court Proceedings with them.

Tony was so helpful throughout the whole process, very approachable & reassuring.The crew arrived at the agreed time on the day & were very organised & efficient, nothing was too much trouble.Thank you all for ensuring my moving day went without a hitch!
