My experience was unsatisfactory. Poorly performed physical examination and no clear recommendation, other than the discussion of euthanasia for a dog in overall good health (and not remotely close to the concerns for the consultation). What diagnostic observations were suggested where issues that have always been present (e.g. excessive shedding has always been an issue with the terrier, and a suggested diagnosis was an allergy". "He must have always had an allergy").Call to Heaton branch suggested bringing in the dog for a second consultation without charge. Although appreciated and an attempt at customer service

The wee Scottish Aberdonian vet saved my dogs life with her action.Ruby had pyometra and was bleeding profusely.She undertook a pragmatic, conservative approach which involved medication and several check ups. It worked saving a major operation on an old dog. Thank you
