I booked an MOT with Pro tyres for the first time a couple of weeks ago and it was the best decision! Dropped my car off and received it back 45 minutes later! unfortunately, it did not pass due to a few repairs however James and the team booked it in for a few days later whilst explaining every detail of the process and how much it would cost!highly recommend this branch! incredibly service and really polite team!

Great service by Ed and his team at Protyre. They rescued me from a tricky situation brought about by another garage.Ed managed to remove a locking wheel nut that had been sheared off by the other garage, effect the repair, and put it through the mot, all in double quick time.Thanks Ed, James, and team!

Clearly very understaffed and taking more bookings than they can handle. Staff are stressed out, rude and aggressive. No communication or honesty with timescales. Choice seems to be sit and wait indefinitely or leave your car there all day. A really bad experience.

Despite booking appointment, still had to wait over 2 hours to have 2 new front tyres fitted,even when car was took inside it just sat there for 20 min at least with no work taking place,very disappointing service!. I have had great service from another pro drive depot recently but will not be using the Poole branch again.

Absolutely brilliant place, came in to swap tyres round and turned out spare was Naffed, so they got me a brilliant price on a replacement tyre would use again when I'm near them, the service was brilliant too couldn't fault it plus a free brew while waiting top guys really appreciate them!!

Super cheap Mot, was completed within the hour I dropped the car off. Failed on headlights being slightly foggy. Cleaned them up myself and rang them to say I had done it. Arranged a time to take car back for retest and swiftly past by them. Friendly staff. Will be my regular from now on
