Great place to get fit. Friendly, none intimidating people there who work out together and encourage. Workout are scaled to ability and fitness which is super and one can feel one can achieve.Age ranging from 18 to 70

Great daily workouts. They encourage and challenge you. Everyone is amazingly friendly to newcomers. Really helpful knowledge and advice and just a great atmosphere all round. New addiction :)
