Booked an engineer via Electrolux as a preferred repair provider to change a fridge door seal. Had a call back 10 mins later to say the whole door needs replacing, even though they have not seen the fridge, the caller said she was advised by the engineer A new door is £350 and a door seal is £51 and available on Electrolux website. The door is very easy to change and the seal will take more time, please justify! The engineer has been cancelled obviously!

Called beko today and told me I had an appointment for the 11 may 2023 for my machine leaking. A2 rang me and managed to get an engineer to me the day I called and was his last appointment and it was no trouble for him now my problem is now solved! The engineer that came was so friendly, informative and helpful couldn't of asked for a better service! Thank you again!

Very good service,our new grundig washing machine started to make a loud bangging sound.Grundig service department use A2 in our area.A repair man called Adrian arrived on the agreed day and found the problem, he made a minor repair to keep the machine running, but needed a new part. Adrian returned with the new partand fitted the part, he tested the machine to make sure all was now ok. very good service well done

WARNING!I categorically specified that I would be on the school run between 8 - 9am and was assured by an agent this would not be an issue.Guess what... The engineer turned up during the school run! A2 is now requesting I pay £36 fee before they will attend my property again to fix my appliance (what a way to make money!)Not only do I have a faulty appliance but now an avoidable £36 debt, all because they failed to note my clear request. Be warned, this is a simple money making tactic. They have been no help what-so-ever.

Repair Booked on beko fridge by insurance company but despite email from beko (supposedly) the phone number given in email is a2 domestic appliance service not beko...hmmmm a2 wont give a time for engineer till the day he is due. Great if he arrives at 8 am otherwise may have to wait in all day .pretty poor service (even bt can do better)A complaint to service manager of company got it works for us " reply .yes i bet it does i doubt it is good for many of your customers though mate"

This company is excellent in every respect. The office staff are very helpful and efficient. Parts are acquired very quickly and you can get a choice of dates and times that suit you....including same day/next couple of days for fitting. Engineer I have had visit me (on about 10 different occasions) is Adrian. He is an excellent engineer and a thoroughly nice guy. I recommend this firm unreservedly.

An excellent engineer visit replaced 4 month old Beko washing machine lock. I was very impressed with explanation ,what he was doing and possible causes of fault. Also good advice using machine . Very cheerful even though one of the last appointments.Thank you would recommend

Engineer was round within the given time frame and knew what the issue was straight away. The only problem was he didn't have the parts and needed to order them (otherwise would be 5 stars). As soon as the parts were in they contacted me and arranged for the engineer to come back. He quickly replaced the parts and fixed the problem.

The engineer came out to us on Christmas Eve. He was very friendly, punctual and efficient. Quickly identified the issue and had it fixed in no time. Sorry can’t remember his name.
