Purchased some tackle online from this company never arrived in post after weeks of waiting. When I spoke to them over the phone they were rude and unhelpful and refuse to refund me. This company has an awful reputation on eBay for this sort of thing so beware these scammers!

We had put an order in for 2 flavour pots both 30 mil & when they were delivered the packaging was leaking & damaged & 1 of the pots had just under 10 mil left. We contacted the seller who offered such a petty refund. A replacement pot would have turned an unhappy customer to a satisfied customer. Will not use this Company again and definitely will not recommend! ☹️
