I would like to say a massive thank you to Andy O'Brien and Jim Sanderson for the work they have carried out over the last 2 days at my property. It is not often these days that you meet such polite, efficient, helpful and caring tradesmen. The job has been carried out from start to finish in a very thorough and professional manner and they have left my property spotless. They arrived very quickly and exactly when they said they would and went above and beyond what was expected of them. These two men are a real credit to Metro Road and I would highly recommend them. Simon Fairbairn was the engineer who came to us to view our outside drain blockage. It was immediately obvious that he was very knowledgeable and communicated what the problem was, giving great confidence that he would be able to solve the issue. He needed to access our neighbours' property and asked their permission politely and without any fuss. He completed the job quickly and efficiently and was helpful every step of the way. We cannot praise his approach and skill highly enough. Many thanks.

Brilliant Service. Had a blocked gully at the back of my house. Chap that came out was prompt and polite. Within 10 mins had it unblocked, checked it was thoroughly clear, disinfected the area and then was on his way. Had some bad experiences with drain companies in the past but wouldnt hesitate to use these guys again!

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish the lady on the phone Karen who dealt with the issue efficiently and considerately. Rick who came out to assess the issue was very knowledgeable and reassuring.Simon and Neil who came out to fix the problem worked tirelessly to get the job done and the job done was done to a very high standard. Reported a blocked drain at 10am, engineer turned up at 12 and cleared the blockage within 5 minutes.Communication throughout was great, informed of when an engineer would be out and then another call from the engineer when he was on his way.I would 100% recommend.

Way way too many broken promises , would not recommend . Funny how there is a response since this review from the owner like they care when the issue went all the way up to the top and they were not interested in the slightest .

Brilliant job done on my worrisome drain. CCTV inspection and patch repair carried out professionally by a great engineer. Excellent customer service made me feel very secure that the work would be done speedily and to a high standard. I would heartily recommend this company needing any help with drain issues.

Excellent planning and completion of new soil stack installation, including liaising with separate company who removed the old asbestos pipework.
