Cornwall Airport Newquay

Great little museum plenty of cold War RAF jets including the Lightning, Hunter and Canberra to name a few. The staff in the shop and the cafe are very pleasant and a credit to the museum , as are the volunteers who are a mine of information. Being able to sit in a few of the jets is the icing on the cake. 10 out of 10.

This is one special airport. Small but perfectly formed. Simple but excellent catering facilities. Sandwiches you can eat and enjoy—slick check-in, security and boarding.Even slicker arrivals.Smiley faces from airside staff. Happy to help attitude throughout.We now choose destinations for our holidays, because of the airport.Thanks Newquay, you are a credit to the aviation industry and Cornwall.

Love this airport. Because it is so small, security was quick to get through, there is a bar, cafe & a small departure lounge. After years of flying from London airports and their queues, Newquay airport is my new favourite. Less than £6 for a sausage bap and a tea from the cafe, beat that!

This is a terrific little airport. Funded by the EU I noted.Whenever I use it I think how jolly it would be to commute every week to and from here.The security is very fast and then the departure lounge is comfortable enough. Shame there aren't any views to speak of.The is a bar and shop/cafe that are more than adequate.Staff all seem relaxed which doesn't surprise me as its such a cool vibe down here in Newquay.

The staff worked hard to make the experience as good as possible but the terminal is too small for the flights going through. Check-in space was full, waiting space after security had no seats available, not much floor space either! Others had to move to allow me to sit to feed our baby.We had a 1hr 20min wait outside for our booked hire car. Hire car booths are 10min walk from terminal through car parks, then only space to handle 4 people at a time.Small cafe and shop airside.Everything was clean, and ramped access up to easyjet A320 aircraft.

Nice little airport, actually it's tiny! Not many flights so not many people... Security is a single lane but everyone was friendly and relaxed, coffee shops aren't that expensive for an airport and have pasties! Only thing that's a bit rubbish is the bus service which isn't really frequent enough.

Cornwall has rich culture but the beach is mind blowing, had a swim, collected some mussels (very delicious) reminded me of home. Just a peaceful heaven.

Small airport but very efficient security and staff. Although it was a small airport (they should upgrade the seating area) the staff were fast, professional and we enjoyed ourselves boarding our EasyJet.

Very small compared to other airports but efficient even during busy times. They need to stop allowing priority boarding 1st then push them to the back.

Cannot recommend this airport when travelling with small children or babies.Security control confiscated and trashed the water we had prepared to make formular food for our baby. We were told to refill the bottle behind the security area. My husband tried to reason with them, that the tap water isn't sanitized and we cannot use it.They insisted they can not let the bottle go through.According to the employee, the exact same water would have been allowed through, had we refilled it into a different container. They were for some reason not happy with the type of bottle it was in. Unfortunately I did not have a different, empty container with me to refill it. He also offered that we could empty the water and take the empty bottle with us.So we would have been allowed the water, in a different container. Or the container, without the water. Just not the two of them together. Had I had a different, empty container at the time, I could have refilled it into it, taken in through security, and filled it back in the initial bottle right after going through. He insisted it's the rules". If those are the rules
