Okay, so I have been here before, I adopted my dog a few years ago and my sister adopted a kitten about 2 years ago and my experience this time was drastically different. First of all, I checked out their Facebook, looking to see which cats they had available, what their personalities were etc, I have had a cat since I've been young, so I know what I'm doing. So I then went along to hopefully see the cats in person, except... there didn't seem to be any cats there? The cattery was empty apart from one cat, and when I talked to the lady in charge, she was very very rude to me. She didn't seem to want to let me see any cats, and informed me that I was too young ( I'm in my 20's, and I've always had a cat) to be competent to take care of a cat.I actually ended up going to another cat shelter, which was much cleaner, the staff were much more hospitable and I was actually so impressed with their set up, that I've already donated towards their cats and will continue to do so, not to mention that I got a beautiful cat from them!

Just adopted the gorgeous Lennie. Was highly impressed by the vetting process and the wonderful caring volunteers who run this centre. A big thank you to Rainbow who put their animals needs before any thing else.

Very nice place, they are very helpful and friendly and will answer any questions you have about the rehoming process and how to care for your new pet. I rescued Tammy and she is loving her forever home. Thanks, rainbow for everything. I 100% recommend Rainbow rehoming Centre.

Have done a TNR program and returned a foster I socialised feral for rehoming. An excellent charity to support in any way, whether that's monetary donations, food or blankets etc, volunteering to trap cats, foster, walk the dogs, clean/play with kittens, or give a forever home to a deserving animal.

Despite getting many cats and kittens left outdoors and forced into their care they will not allow a cat or kitten to be adopted to and indoor only home. We walk our cats on leashes outdoors where they want to go. I have lost family cats to cars off leash before and do not want the same fate for my current cats.Because of this I cannot adopt from here. I find it ridiculous they are pushing these personal views despite there being many cat experts that agree a cat can live a perfectly healthy and fuller life indoors.I would have loved to be able to help cats/kittens from here, but sadly, that is not possible.

Nearly all of the staff were kind except from one of them. The one who takes care of the cats. She was so rude to me and I was completely shocked. But other than that I think the rainbow rehoming Centre is just okay I don't really recommend getting a cat there because this cat acted so nice and then it BIT me and SCRAPED me two times and some of the dogs are nice some of them aren't

Really friendly staff and all the animals really well looked after. There's alot of love, care and attention given to the large amount of cats and dogs these people look after. They are extremely busy but nothing is too much trouble. Just adopted a kitten from them and he is just purrrrrrfect :-)
