Hello, don't get me wrong, but if any any of your employers has any friends, wife, other relatives or referrals whom they would want to bring to the company, then let them have it, rather than calling in other people with no referrals or acquaintances in the company. And not give equal opportunity to all at the interview/induction, and choosing your employer referral instead. Thanks.

Amtico is a very well organised place. I've been there a month and everyone has been very helpful. If anyone sees that I'm unsure about anything someone always comes to see how they can help , management, fork lift drivers, quality, colleagues alike. The person who trains you still keeps an eye on you. Best place I've worked in over 11 years.
